Avloryn is dedicated to improving its products and user experience through thorough testing, research, and analysis. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive product testing and research initiatives. Collect and meticulously analyze feedback from various sources including users, Campus Ambassadors, and partners. Proactively identify product gaps, user pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Perform in-depth competitor and market research to inform product strategy. Coordinate all product feedback effectively with the Founder/Product team. Monitor product-related issues and ensure their timely reporting and resolution. Support ongoing product improvement initiatives, contributing to the overall enhancement of Avloryn's offerings. Requirements: Strong foundational research and analytical skills are essential. Candidates should be curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in their approach. Good communication and feedback-collection skills are required. Comfortable with conducting online research and competitor analysis.
