Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and follow up on business leads through suitable outreach channels.
- Connect with students, colleges, training prospects, and potential business clients to understand their needs.
- Promote IT education, technology training, and related learning programs in a clear and engaging manner.
- Develop professional relationships and support the sales and business development pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth lead progression.
- Maintain accurate updates in the CRM or ERP system and share activity reports with the team.
Requirements
- Freshers and recent graduates with an interest in sales or business development are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication, confidence, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
- A proactive approach to connecting with students, colleges, and prospective clients.
- Interest in the IT education and training industry is preferred.
- Experience: 0 years; training and on-the-job guidance will be provided.
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, OMR, with compensation of ₹2.5–6 LPA.
