Outreach Intern

About the Role

As an Outreach Intern, you will support Accesco Living in expanding its reach by connecting with communities, potential partners, clients, and other stakeholders. This role offers hands-on exposure to outreach, relationship building, lead generation, community engagement, and communication. You will work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, build meaningful connections, and support initiatives that increase awareness and engagement with Accesco Living's services.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, partners, communities, influencers, and organisations for outreach.
• Develop and maintain outreach lists and databases.
• Initiate communication with potential partners and stakeholders through email, phone, social media, and other channels.
• Support outreach campaigns and strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with potential partners and community members.
• Follow up with leads, partners, and stakeholders and maintain regular communication.
• Assist in organising community events, workshops, meetings, and informational sessions.
• Communicate Accesco Living's mission, services, and initiatives to relevant audiences.
• Gather feedback and insights from communities and stakeholders.
• Track outreach activities, responses, leads, and follow-ups.
• Prepare outreach materials such as emails, presentations, flyers, and social media content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and effective execution of outreach activities.
• Research new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, partnerships, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, partners, communities, and other stakeholders.
• Comfortable using email, social media, online research tools, and communication platforms.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, confident, and willing to learn.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Previous experience is not mandatory; freshers are welcome.

Job Summary

This is a 3-month internship opportunity with Accesco Living, focused on expanding the organisation's reach through effective outreach, relationship building, and community engagement. The intern will gain practical experience in communication, lead generation, partnership development, event coordination, and stakeholder management while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
