Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to promote Accesco Living's brand and properties.
- Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and website, aligning with brand messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotional activities. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, leasing, design) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Manage and update marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
- Support the development of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM and paid advertising.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the real estate and lifestyle market to inform marketing approaches.
