Responsibilities
- Provide expert admission counseling to prospective students, guiding them through program selection and application processes.
- Achieve and exceed admission targets through effective communication and sales strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of AcceleratorX offerings and the edtech landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and student satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the edtech sector.
- Proven track record as an Admission Counsellor or Senior Admission Counsellor.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must own a laptop for work purposes.
