About Us:
3SVK (3 World Student Villa Key) is an emerging EdTech startup building a high-velocity "technical content engine." We help students master Cybersecurity, AI, and Software Engineering through short, powerful, educational vertical videos.
We are currently scouting for our first "Founding Squad"—ambitious student creators who want to master the mechanics of viral tech distribution, build an unignorable professional portfolio, and scale a massive national brand from scratch.
What You Will Do (Your Role):
- Create Tech Videos: Script, design, and edit high-impact short reels/shorts. You can choose to anchor your focus on Cybersecurity, AI tools, Web Development, or New Tech Trends.
- Consistency Over Volume: We do not value empty volume. We focus on premium curation—delivering one brilliant, highly engaging video every single day that genuinely helps a student learn a core technical skill.
- Extreme Connectivity: We maintain high startup velocity. You just need to maintain active daily communication and reply to team updates on the same day to keep production pipelines moving smoothly.
- Trend Analysis: Research what is trending across the global tech domain and structuralize complex architectural topics into crisp, 60-second "how-to" visual guides.
Who Can Apply?
- Tool Agnostic: Anyone with a standard phone or laptop. If you know how to operate basic mobile or desktop editing software (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.), you are ready.
- All Verticals Welcome: Whether you are pursuing a B.Tech, BCA, BSc, or are simply a passionate tech fan who loves learning and sharing deep knowledge, you have a place here.
- The "Founder" Mindset: We explicitly look for individuals who take absolute ownership. You are not just an intern executing blind tasks; you are actively building the foundation of 3SVK alongside the core product leadership.
Our Daily Execution & Evaluation Grid (How We Hire):
We maintain high operational velocity. Our evaluation framework runs continuously on a synchronized daily sprint loop:
- Rapid Resume Screening (Daily): Profiles are evaluated by our product leads immediately upon submission. Selected applicants receive their specialized technical trial modules within 24 hours.
- The 24-Hour Production Milestone: Once you receive your specific content topic, you will have exactly 24 hours to design, edit, and deliver a 15–20 second vertical technical trial module.
- Final Roster Locking: Our review loop runs every single evening. Candidates who deliver high-quality visual execution under pressure are cleanly fast-tracked, signed, and integrated directly into our live active Founding Squad communication channels the next morning.
