The Role: The role involves conducting direct student outreach. You will be visiting JEE aspirants near schools and coaching institutes to briefly introduce our mentorship program and distribute pamphlets. You will be working in a small team, accompanied by one or two colleagues in the same role. Stipend Structure: Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 - 25,000 /month Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 50,000 /month Job Offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 480000 to 950000/year.
