AI Engineer Internship - GenAI & ML

Zyoris Technology is building an AI-powered Business Operating System for modern businesses. Our platform brings together CRM, customer data, sales intelligence, automation, communication, analytics, and AI to help businesses make faster and smarter decisions.

We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer Intern - GenAI & ML who wants to work on real-world AI systems and help build the intelligence layer of Zyoris.

This is a hands-on opportunity where you will not just work on experiments or tutorials. You will work with our development team to build, integrate, test, debug, and improve AI-powered features inside a real product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate AI-powered features into the Zyoris platform.
• Work with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI automation workflows.
• Build AI-powered features for CRM, sales, customer intelligence, and business automation.
• Work with APIs from LLM and AI service providers.
• Design prompts, workflows, and AI logic for different business use cases.
• Work with structured and unstructured business data for AI applications.
• Develop and improve AI-based recommendations, insights, summaries, and decision-support features.
• Help build intelligent chat and conversational experiences inside Zyoris.
• Experiment with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge-based AI systems where required.
• Integrate AI services with our existing backend and product architecture.
• Debug and fix existing AI-related functionality and improve its reliability and performance.
• Test AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, relevance, and reliability.
• Identify bugs, failures, hallucinations, and edge cases in AI workflows.
• Optimize AI workflows for performance, latency, and cost.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to take AI features from idea to production.
• Work with Git and GitHub for development and collaboration.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and daily development activities.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of Python.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with APIs and backend development.
• Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with REST APIs.
• Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of JSON and working with structured data.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to understand existing code and improve it.
• Strong willingness to learn and experiment with new AI technologies.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Good to Have:

• Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM APIs.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience with embeddings and vector databases.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering.
• Experience building AI chatbots or AI agents.
• Basic knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
• Previous experience building AI/ML projects.
• Experience deploying AI applications or working with cloud platforms.

Eligibility:

• College students pursuing B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or related degrees.
• Students from Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
• Freshers with strong AI/ML or GenAI projects are welcome.
• Candidates with strong personal projects are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should have a stable internet connection and personal laptop.
