About the Company:
Zuno Card is offering an opportunity for motivated freshers to gain practical exposure to international business development and customer engagement. This internship is designed for candidates interested in US-focused sales communication and professional growth in a target-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the US market using the assigned voice process.
- Understand prospect requirements, communicate offerings clearly, and maintain a professional conversation.
- Qualify leads, update interaction details accurately, and coordinate with the business development team.
- Follow calling scripts, process guidelines, and quality standards while working toward assigned performance goals.
Requirements:
- Freshers with strong spoken English and an interest in business development or inside sales may apply.
- Comfort with voice-based communication and interacting with international customers is important.
- Good listening, persuasion, follow-up, and basic computer skills are expected.
- The internship is unpaid and commission-based, offering hands-on experience in a US business development voice process.
This is an in-office, full-time internship based in Hyderabad for a duration of 3 months. Candidates should be self-motivated, consistent, and willing to learn in a performance-oriented environment.
