We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR):
- Xena Production is expanding into international markets, and we're looking for an SDR to join our sales team remotely.
- You'll be responsible for building targeted lead lists and cold calling companies across the UK, US, Australia, Canada & Dubai.
You'll Be A Good Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of B2B international cold-calling experience
- Can build ICP-based lead lists for outbound campaigns
- Speak English fluently with a clear, neutral accent
- Can handle high number of calls without sounding scripted
- Are comfortable working evening/night shifts
What You'll Get:
- ₹20,000–25,000 fixed/month
- 2–3% commission on every deal you bring in that closes (Average ticket size $2k–$3k)
