Trial by Fire Round 2 - Auction offline at XLRI Jamshedpur Campus
- Date: Friday, 13th November 2026
- Time: 18:00 to 20:20 hours
The round structure will be explained in depth closer to the event date. is a strategic business simulation where teams compete as manufacturing companies, making high stakes decisions on labour policies, workforce management, and industrial relations. Navigate evolving labour regulations, bid for operational flexibilities, and respond to economic shocks while balancing profitability, employee welfare, and compliance. The challenge is to create maximum business value without compromising industrial harmony.
Rules & Regulations:
- The team may comprise of a mix of HR and general management/other specialization students. However, having at least 1 HRM member (for a team size of 2-3) and 2 HR members (for a team size of 4) is mandatory.
- The 2nd round will be conducted offline, and teams are expected to maintain harmony and respect throughout the auction.
- The detailed structure and eventflow will be explained on the day of the auction.
All decisions in the matter of eligibility, authenticity & final judgment stand with the organiser.
