The Forum for Industrial Relations at XLRI Jamshedpur is delighted to announce that we have opened applications for the annual IR magazine of XLRI - Dhyuti.
Dhyuti holds a prestigious position among the leading business schools in the nation, and we are committed to upholding its esteemed reputation by publishing exceptional and thought-provoking content focused on Industrial Relations and Labour Laws.
For the 19th edition of our magazine, we invite articles that are creative and intellectually stimulating for our readers. In addition to traditional articles, submissions of comic strips, sketches, and infographics will also be appreciated.

- "Emerging Forms of Workforce Dissent in India"
Guidelines:
- The recommended word count for the article submissions is in the range of 1000-1500 with font type: Times New Roman and Size:12.
- The submission can either be individual or co-authored, with a maximum of 2 authors per submission.
- On the first page of the submission include the following: A short author bio (30-50 words), a passport-size photograph, the Name of your Institution, Email ID, and Contact Number.
- While we have provided some suggested topics, you can contribute insights on other topics or recent developments within the realm of Industrial Relations.
- Sketches, comic strips, or any other infographics included in the submission are welcomed and appreciated.
Rules:
- Submissions are to be made in .doc/.docx format on Unstop only.
- The submission should be original and should not have been/should be published elsewhere.
- Submissions involving using AI tools will not be considered.
- It is compulsory to cite sources for illustrations, statistics, images, graphs etc.
- All decisions in the matter of eligibility, authenticity & final judgment stand with the organizer.
Rewards:
- Best entries stand a chance to get published in the journal and would earn the author(s) a valuable CV point.
- Moreover, the top 3 submissions will be awarded cash prizes as mentioned below:
- Winner: Rs. 5000
- First Runner-Up: 3000
- Second Runner-Up: 2000
