WYOM LLC develops the platform, with India operations supported by Erudite IT Professionals Pvt. Ltd. Responsibilities: Attend the mandatory WYOM orientation programme. Understand WYOM's purpose, platform features, and the complete student journey. Conduct online or approved campus-level WYOM orientation sessions. Introduce WYOM to students, clubs, societies, and campus communities. Onboard genuine students through an individually assigned referral link or code. Help newly registered students understand and actively use the platform. Encourage meaningful participation rather than registrations alone. Build and activate student communities across one or multiple campuses. Collect structured feedback from students. Share campus insights and improvement suggestions with the WYOM team. Monitor onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. Follow WYOM's privacy, community, anti-spam, and ethical outreach guidelines. Requirements: This remote, unpaid, and target-based internship is open to students who are at least 18 years old and want practical experience in community building, student engagement, orientation delivery, user onboarding, and startup growth. No previous internship, marketing, or community-building experience is required. Eligibility is open to students from any college, course, specialization, or year of study. The ideal candidate is persistent, ethical, willing to learn, and eager to contribute to a meaningful student-impact initiative, especially those interested in startups, communities, branding, or growth.
