WithU is hiring for the role of Business Development Intern! About the Company: WithU is an early-stage healthcare startup building a mobility assistance platform for elderly individuals. Our mission is to make mobility support more accessible by partnering with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, residential communities, senior living facilities, and other healthcare organizations. We are a founder-led startup where interns work directly on real business challenges and contribute to building the company from the ground up. Responsibilities: Research and identify potential partners including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, RWAs, senior living communities, and healthcare organizations. Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, emails, and phone calls to introduce WithU and schedule meetings. Build and maintain databases of potential partners, investors, and key decision-makers. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads. Assist in LinkedIn networking, brand awareness, and content initiatives. Conduct market research and identify new partnership opportunities. Support investor outreach and strategic growth initiatives. Work closely with the founder on day-to-day business development activities. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Confident interacting with professionals over calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership. Strong research and organizational skills. Interest in startups, healthcare, sales, partnerships, or entrepreneurship. Prior experience in outreach, sales, marketing, student clubs, or leadership roles is a plus but not mandatory.
