Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment and selection for diverse positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring stakeholders.
- Work with colleges, placement cells, recruitment platforms, candidates, and external partners to support hiring requirements.
- Manage onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, records, HR databases, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Coordinate with management on manpower planning and ensure timely workforce deployment.
- Support employee engagement, respond to employee concerns, and promote effective communication between employees and management.
- Assist in developing HR policies, preparing reports, coordinating performance evaluations, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations independently while taking ownership of assigned initiatives and ensuring process discipline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant HR experience, particularly in recruitment and general HR operations, is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of recruitment practices, employee management, MS Office or Google Workspace, and HR-related tools.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work independently, and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Experience in recruitment, bulk hiring, or field-force hiring will be an advantage.
This full-time opportunity is based in Warangal, Telangana, with immediate joining or joining as per organizational requirements. The compensation is ₹3–4 LPA CTC, negotiable based on experience, skills, and expertise.
