About the Company:

The organization is seeking Field Executive Officers who can work closely with customers, farmers, and regional stakeholders across assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization in the assigned field territory and build strong local relationships.
- Conduct regular field visits, meet customers and stakeholders, and communicate relevant agricultural products or services.
- Support market outreach, lead generation, follow-ups, and territory-level business development activities.
- Collect market feedback, maintain visit records, and share field updates with the reporting team.
- Coordinate travel and daily field activities effectively while meeting assigned targets and timelines.
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and field-engagement skills.
- Fluency in relevant local languages will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location is essential.
- Ability to work full time, manage responsibilities independently, and maintain professional relationships.
- The position offers a fixed annual salary of ₹2.4 LPA, along with travel allowance.
