Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Participate in rotational assignments across key departments including Operations, Human Resources, Sales, and Digital Marketing. - Gain hands-on experience in daily operations and contribute to ongoing projects. - Support HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. - Assist the sales team in lead generation, client communication, and market research. - Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management. - Analyze data and provide insights to improve departmental performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
