Warpdrive Tech Works is looking for an enthusiastic Operations & Project Coordination Intern to gain practical exposure to technical and business operations in a collaborative work environment. This six-month, on-site opportunity is based in Jayanagar, Bangalore, and is designed for freshers, recent graduates, and students who are curious, organized, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations and coordinate project activities across technical and non-technical teams.
- Assist with quality assurance testing, identify issues, document findings, and verify fixes.
- Maintain project trackers, checklists, status reports, and other operational documentation.
- Support basic technical tasks, data checks, tool testing, research, and reporting.
- Use AI tools to assist with research, documentation, analysis, and routine reporting.
- Track deliverables and timelines while highlighting risks, blockers, and potential bottlenecks to the relevant team members.
Requirements
- Open to freshers, recent graduates, and students from any academic stream.
- Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication with the ability to coordinate across teams.
- Comfort with multitasking, organizing information, and switching between responsibilities.
- Interest in quality assurance, testing, technology, operations, or project management.
- Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
This is a full-time internship with a monthly stipend of ₹9,500. The selected intern will work on-site in Jayanagar, Bangalore, and gain hands-on experience in coordination, quality checks, documentation, and operational execution.
