About the Company
Votiko Solutions Private Limited provides complete operational support to Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the United States. Our Payroll Operations Team manages payroll, timecards, attendance, PTO, payroll adjustments, bonuses, compliance, and workforce operations for multiple Amazon DSP businesses. As our client base continues to grow, we're looking for talented professionals to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing daily and weekly employee timecards.
- Processing payroll accurately.
- Reviewing attendance records.
- Managing PTO and payroll adjustments.
- Processing payroll bonuses.
- Updating payroll worksheets.
- Reviewing payroll discrepancies.
- Coordinating with clients regarding payroll questions.
- Maintaining payroll documentation.
- Updating payroll systems and internal trackers.
- Following payroll SOPs and quality standards.
- Ensuring payroll accuracy before submission.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on Amazon DSP Payroll experience.
- Experience with ADP Payroll.
- Experience reviewing employee timecards.
- Knowledge of payroll adjustments, PTO, bonuses, and payroll processing.
- Good understanding of payroll compliance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
