Responsibilities:
- Driver Hiring & Onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in Amazon Portal, ATS, ADP, I-9 & E-Verify systems.
- Accurate Payroll Processing & Timecard Management.
- Managing Attendance, PTO, Bonuses & ensuring Payroll Compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of Amazon DSP experience in Hiring & Onboarding or Payroll.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office setup.
- Candidates must have a strong background in the Amazon DSP ecosystem.
