Opportunity brief
Vidbow is hiring for Technical Project Management (TPM) Intern
About the Company
At VidBow, we are rapidly scaling our technical ecosystem, digital projects, and developer pipelines. We are looking for an ambitious, organized, and proactive Technical Project Management (TPM) Intern to bridge the gap between engineering execution and project operations.
In this track, you will work directly alongside the Founder & Core Leadership to architect evaluation workflows, manage engineering tasks, coordinate development tracks (Frontend, Full-Stack, AI/ML), and take high ownership of technical operations from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Direct Collaboration with Founder: Work 1-on-1 with leadership to plan sprint roadmaps, track project deliverables, and optimize engineering workflows.
- Build Systems & Pipelines from Scratch: Design, establish, and maintain candidate evaluation pipelines, task-tracking boards, and technical intake rubrics.
- High Ownership (~75% Pipeline Execution): Lead technical screening workflows, review project submissions, evaluate code quality, and coordinate developer deliverables.
- Sprint & Team Coordination: Facilitate async stand-ups, unblock technical roadblocks, and ensure projects meet their milestones.
- Process Documentation: Maintain structured performance metrics, project logs, and engineering documentation.
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of modern software development concepts (Web stacks, APIs, Git/GitHub, and core programming principles).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously, take complete ownership of workflows, and drive initiatives independently.
- Open for freshers, pre-final/final year engineering, or dual-degree students seeking practical TPM/Product Operations experience.
- Available for a minimum duration of 2 to 3 Months (Part-time / Flexible hours).
