  • Code Review & Quality Assurance: Lead GitHub Pull Request (PR) reviews, enforce modular coding standards, and maintain strict branch merging practices.
  • Sprint & Team Leadership: Guide a team of frontend and backend interns, help unblock technical hurdles, and coordinate weekly sprint deliverables.
  • API & System Performance: Define clear API contracts between frontend and backend services, optimize SQL query execution, and eliminate latency bottlenecks.
  • Core Feature Execution: Own the delivery of mission-critical modules and direct integrations alongside the founding team.

Requirements

  • Strong fundamentals in Full-Stack Web Technologies (React/Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/Supabase).

  • Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub workflows, branch management, and collaborative development.
  • Natural leadership and communication skills to mentor junior developers and write clear technical documentation.
  • Ability to commit 7–9 hours per week remotely with flexible scheduling around college lectures and exams.
