Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and closing candidates for our Banking, NBFC, Insurance and IT clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate joining.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and joining targets.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for BFSI, NBFC, Insurance and IT roles.
- Coordinate with the internal team and clients to ensure timely closures.
- Develop strong candidate relationships and ensure a smooth joining experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance or IT recruitment will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.
- Good communication, negotiation, follow-up and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Should be proactive, energetic and willing to make a high volume of candidate calls.
