Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls and explain relevant financial products or services.
- Understand customer needs, address questions, and communicate product benefits accurately.
- Maintain regular follow-ups, update lead information, and move qualified prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Work toward individual and team conversion targets while following approved calling scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Record daily calling activity, customer feedback, and outcomes in the required systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
- Open to freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort with working toward targets and handling conversations professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Applicants should be available for a full-time, in-office position based in Jaipur.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000, with an opportunity to build practical experience in fintech sales and customer engagement.
