Responsibilities:
- Own campaign strategy, execution & optimization across Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Drive ROAS, CAC, CPL & overall growth.
- Manage large ad budgets and maximize ROI.
- Lead A/B testing across creatives, audiences & funnels.
- Work closely with creative & analytics teams.
- Present insights to clients and mentor junior marketers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on Google & Meta Ads experience.
- Experience managing budgets in lakhs.
- Strong analytical & strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication & client-management skills.
