Responsibilities:
- Founder's Office & Strategic Projects: Work directly with the founder on special initiatives and high-priority projects. Conduct research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions. Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure execution of key business goals. Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks requiring quick thinking and structured execution.
- Business Development: Identify and research potential clients and growth opportunities. Assist in outreach, pitching, and onboarding new clients. Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and strategic decks. Track and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Business & Department Optimization: Analyze workflows across teams (performance marketing, SEO, tech, creative, etc.) and suggest process improvements. Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for efficiency enhancement. Assist in building systems and dashboards to improve internal coordination.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing graduation (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
- Prior internship experience in business development, strategy, consulting, operations, or similar domains is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Immediate availability to join for a full-time, 6-month internship.
- Comfortable working from our Kirti Nagar office.
