The Adecco Group is hiring a Credit Card Sales Executive!
Responsibilities
- Promote credit card products through field visits, lead follow-ups, referrals, and customer interactions.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, fees, benefits, and application procedures clearly to prospective customers.
- Generate new leads and build a consistent sales pipeline across the assigned territory.
- Assist applicants with accurate documentation and coordinate applications through the required processing stages.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
- Maintain timely updates on customer conversations, applications, and sales performance.
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, banking, financial services, retail, or customer acquisition; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude, target orientation, and willingness to work with customers in the field.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, digital applications, and documentation processes.
- Ability to work from Chennai, Coimbatore, Erode, Salem, Madurai, Tiruchirappalli, or Puducherry.
