About the Company: Techwondoe is a boutique software development startup that has perfected the art of delivering software to businesses in the most optimised and efficient manner. Techwondoe was founded in 2018 in Auckland, New Zealand, and is currently serving customers in New Zealand and Australia with the vision of expanding globally. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend APIs using TypeScript, NestJS and Node.JS. Build and maintain databases, and optimize database performance. Troubleshoot and debug backend APIs to ensure maximum uptime and stability. Write clean, concise, and well-documented code. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate frontend components with backend APIs. Requirements: Strong understanding of backend development principles and best practices. Experience with backend development using TypeScript, NestJS, and Node.js. Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Experience with RESTful API design and development. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar) is a plus.
