Founder Outreach & Podcast Coordination Intern: About The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and well-organised Founder Outreach & Podcast Coordination Intern to help us connect with successful startup founders and entrepreneurs across different industries, so that they can be called on our podcast. The intern will be responsible for identifying founders who have built or are building successful businesses, reaching out to them, inviting them to participate in our podcast, coordinating schedules and ensuring that the entire process-from the first invitation to the podcast recording - is followed up and tracked properly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in startups, entrepreneurship, business, networking, communication, content creation and podcasts. Key Responsibilities: Founder Identification & Research: Research startups and businesses that have demonstrated good business performance or an interesting entrepreneurial journey. Identify founders, co-founders and entrepreneurs who could be potential podcast guests. Research basic information about the founder and their business before reaching out. Maintain a continuously updated database of potential podcast guests. Founder Outreach: Connect with founders through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or other appropriate channels. Send professionally written podcast invitations. Clearly communicate the purpose and format of the podcast. Follow up with founders who have not responded. Maintain professional and courteous communication throughout the process. Podcast Scheduling & Coordination: Check the founder's availability for the podcast. Coordinate mutually convenient dates and times. Schedule podcast recordings and maintain the podcast calendar. Share relevant details and reminders with confirmed guests. Follow up before the recording to ensure confirmation and availability. Coordinate any changes or rescheduling when required. Tracker & Database Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive Founder Outreach & Podcast Tracker. Keep records of: Founder Name Company / Startup Industry Contact Details LinkedIn Profile Date of First Contact Response Status Follow-up Dates Availability Podcast Date Recording Status Remarks / Next Action Ensure the tracker is updated regularly and remains accurate. Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective guests. Ensure that no potential founder is missed because of delayed follow-up. Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule. Escalate important or high-potential opportunities when required. What We Are Looking For: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with or communicating with startup founders and senior professionals. Good written English. Confident, polite and professional communication style. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Good organisational and time-management abilities. Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel, Gmail, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Ability to independently manage a tracker and keep it updated. Self-motivated and capable of working remotely without constant supervision. Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, business or digital content will be an advantage. Who Can Apply?
