About the Role
We are looking for 10 versatile, creative, and commercially minded interns to work across social media, marketing, content, sales, community engagement, and creative execution. This is not an individual-specialisation role. You will work across the marketing and growth functions of Talent Academy India while also supporting the promotion of other products and services. The objective is to build attention, create engagement, generate leads, and turn interest into measurable growth. The role is remote and requires 5 working days per week. The initial internship period is 3 months and is unpaid.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute social media campaigns for Talent Academy India and selected products and services.
- Create, edit, and publish Reels, posts, stories, short-form videos, and other social content.
- Develop fresh campaign concepts, content themes, branding ideas, and promotional strategies.
- Prepare media kits, promotional materials, campaign assets, and presentations using Canva.
- Manage and publish content through Meta Business Suite and relevant social platforms.
- Generate leads through organic social media, communities, outreach, and campaigns.
- Communicate with prospective customers, participants, and audiences.
- Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries professionally.
- Support lead follow-ups and sales/conversion activities.
- Monitor engagement and campaign performance and use results to improve future campaigns.
- Contribute ideas for promoting both Talent Academy India and other products and services.
What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in social media, marketing, content, sales, community building, and creative work.
- Ability to develop original ideas and execute them independently.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, audience behaviour, and engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple responsibilities rather than a single specialised function.
- Ability to work remotely for 5 working days per week.
- Strong creative judgement and willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
- Ability to produce original, human-created creative work without generative AI.
Tools & Working Style
- Primary Tools: Meta Business Suite, Canva.
- Creative Policy: AI-generated creative work will not be accepted. Original human-created concepts, designs, writing, and media are expected.
- AI Policy: AI may be used for workflow optimisation, research, organisation, productivity, and administrative tasks, where appropriate. It should not be used to generate the creative submission or creative assets presented as the applicant's own work.
Compensation & Progression
- Progression: Following the internship, selected interns may be considered for the ILP (Internal Leadership Program). Completion of the internship does not guarantee ILP selection or compensation.
