About the Company:
T & H Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to support business growth in the industrial and mechanical products segment. The role will work closely with customers, dealers, channel partners, and internal teams to develop sustainable sales opportunities and deliver dependable order execution.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell industrial and mechanical products to new and existing customers.
- Manage key accounts, develop customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify new market segments, prospects, dealers, and channel partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, pricing and profit-margin inputs, order updates, and regular business-development reports.
- Coordinate order execution and provide timely updates to management.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, customer visits, and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/BE candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience in industrial or mechanical sales.
- Diploma or ITI candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in industrial or mechanical sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, product-sales, and account-management skills.
- Working knowledge of sales forecasting, pricing, profit margins, and order execution.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and work toward measurable sales outcomes.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Kanpur, with a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month, additional sales incentives, travel allowance, and mobile expenses.
