Welcome to THE UNSEEN HAND, an exciting offline corporate social-deduction challenge inspired by the popular game Among Us, where business strategy meets mystery, deception, and unexpected twists!
Imagine stepping into a corporate boardroom where critical decisions must be made, challenges arise without warning, and every individual appears to be working toward a common objective.
But appearances can be deceiving.
Behind professional conversations and convincing arguments, hidden motives and conflicting interests may be at play. As situations evolve and uncertainty grows, participants must rely on their observation, strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities to navigate the boardroom.
Will you recognize the warning signs before it's too late? Can you distinguish a genuine ally from someone quietly influencing the outcome?
In this boardroom, every decision matters, every conversation counts, and trust might be your greatest strength or your biggest vulnerability.

Team Composition
- Team Size: 3-4 with a twist
- Team Allocation: Final playing teams will be determined by the organizers on the event day.
Important: Participants registering or arriving together may be assigned to different teams. Pre-registered groups are not guaranteed to play together.
Be prepared to collaborate with unfamiliar faces, build new alliances, and adapt to an unpredictable boardroom environment.

Enter the Boardroom
The Unseen Hand places participants in a simulated corporate environment where they must navigate business challenges, interpret information, collaborate with others, and make decisions under uncertainty.
The competition combines elements of:

- Social Deduction and Observation
- Communication and Persuasion
- Logical and Critical Thinking
- Teamwork and Adaptability
- Crisis Response and Problem-Solving
Participants will encounter evolving challenges that test their ability to balance strategy, judgment, and trust.

The Unseen Hand embraces this uncertainty through unexpected scenarios, shifting circumstances, and challenges that demand quick thinking.
There's more to this boardroom than meets the eye!
Certain aspects of the gameplay will remain confidential until the event to preserve fairness, suspense, and the element of surprise.
The organizers will explain the applicable rules, instructions, and evaluation process before the relevant gameplay stages begin.
Remember: The most dangerous move might be the one you never saw coming.
What Will the Challenge Test?
Participants should be prepared to demonstrate:

General Rules & Important Instructions
- Participants must complete their registration through Unstop using accurate details.
- The event will be conducted offline, and participants must report to the designated venue at the communicated time.
- The organizing committee will determine the final playing teams. Participants registering together may be separated and reassigned.
- Participants must cooperate with their assigned team members and follow the instructions provided by the game masters.
- The competition may involve unexpected developments and challenge-specific instructions that will be revealed during the event.
- Participants must maintain confidentiality regarding any information explicitly designated as confidential by the game masters.
- All participants are expected to maintain fair play, respect fellow participants, and uphold the spirit of the competition.
- Cheating, unauthorized external assistance, deliberate disruption, or manipulation of the gameplay outside permitted rules may lead to disqualification.
- Participants must adhere to the time limits and instructions communicated for each challenge.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to resolve disputes and take necessary decisions to ensure the fair and orderly conduct of the event.
- The decisions of the judges and organizing committee regarding the final results shall be final and binding, subject to the approved competition rules.
