About the Company
Superset is building products and experiences that help organizations and candidates connect more effectively. We are looking for an analytical and user-focused Product Manager to join our New Delhi team and contribute to meaningful technology solutions in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define product goals, priorities, and roadmaps in partnership with business, design, and engineering teams.
- Understand user needs through research, feedback, and data, then translate insights into clear product requirements.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Monitor product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support launches from discovery through iteration.
Requirements:
- Suitable for freshers with a Computer Science background and a strong interest in product management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and learning technical concepts quickly.
- Exposure to product thinking, user research, analytics, Agile methods, or software development is helpful.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity in New Delhi with an annual compensation range of ₹5–7 LPA.
