About the Company

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with customers in the United States.
- Support sales and customer service conversations while understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Resolve queries professionally, document interactions accurately, and follow defined process and compliance guidelines.
- Work consistently during the US shift and meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams when escalations or additional support are required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in any international process, preferably in a voice-based BPO, sales, or customer support role.
- Strong spoken English, active listening, confidence, and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to understand customer concerns, explain solutions clearly, and work toward sales or service outcomes.
- Comfort with US-shift schedules and a target-driven work environment.
- Female candidates are preferred for this opening.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based at iThum/Iconic Corenthum, Sector 62, Noida, with a monthly salary range of ₹28,000 to ₹45,000.
