- We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Campus Growth Partners who can represent Adyapan within their college community and help students discover valuable career opportunities.
Role: Campus Growth Partner:
- As a Campus Growth Partner, you will be responsible for building student engagement within your college, promoting relevant opportunities, and supporting the growth of the Adyapan student community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow the official Adyapan student community by connecting with 40–50 students from your college.
- Share verified Adyapan internship, training, career, and placement opportunities with students.
- Promote relevant programs through college networks, student groups, and personal outreach.
- Encourage students to participate in webinars, internships, training programs, and career-development activities.
- Engage with students and provide basic information about the opportunities shared by Adyapan.
- Encourage genuine student registrations and participation.
- Coordinate with the Adyapan team during student campaigns and community activities.
- Contribute to creating an active and engaged student community.

Compensation & Incentives:
- ₹500 per successful registration + performance-based incentives
