About the Company
SRs Adyapan Private Limited is building accessible pathways for students to discover internships, skill-development courses, webinars and placement resources. Through its Campus Growth Program, the organization enables ambitious college students to strengthen leadership, communication, marketing and community-building abilities while contributing to a more informed and career-ready student community.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow an official student WhatsApp community by onboarding approximately 70–80 students.
- Promote relevant internships, courses, webinars and placement opportunities through authentic student outreach.
- Encourage participation in career-focused initiatives, online events and learning activities.
- Drive genuine registrations using a unique referral link or code while following applicable verification requirements.
- Increase awareness of SRs Adyapan Private Limited among students on campus and within relevant peer networks.
- Support student engagement, outreach campaigns and promotional activities with consistency and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in college and comfortable engaging with fellow students through online communities.
- Proactive, socially connected and interested in leadership, communication, marketing or community building.
- Strong interpersonal communication, responsible follow-through and the ability to organize outreach independently.
- No prior professional experience is required; genuine student engagement and ethical promotion are essential.
Duration: 3 months | Work mode: Online | Timing: Part-time
Rewards and Benefits:
- Earn ₹500 for every successful registration, subject to applicable verification and payment terms. Receive a ₹5,000 one-time performance incentive upon achieving 10 valid registrations, subject to verification and program terms.
- Eligible ambassadors may receive a performance-based monthly stipend of ₹10,000–₹12,000 based on evaluation and applicable program conditions. The program also includes a Student Coordinator Offer Letter, a Letter of Recommendation based on eligibility and performance, and an Internship Completion Certificate upon fulfilling program requirements.
