Responsibilities
- Support the growth and engagement of student communities across appropriate online and college channels.
- Share approved information about educational programs, internships, and career opportunities.
- Connect with interested students, respond to basic enquiries, and guide them to relevant program information.
- Help coordinate online engagement activities and authorized announcements.
- Encourage meaningful participation and maintain accurate outreach and engagement records.
- Coordinate with the Adyapan team and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university; students from any academic discipline may apply.
- Freshers are welcome, and previous experience is not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in community development, networking, student engagement, or outreach.
- Familiarity with common online communication platforms.
- A responsible, proactive, and learning-oriented approach.
This is a three-month, part-time, fully remote internship with a monthly performance-based stipend of ₹5,000–₹20,000, subject to eligibility, performance, verification, and applicable payment terms. Selected interns may receive an offer letter upon onboarding, a completion certificate subject to requirements, and a letter of recommendation subject to eligibility and performance. An incentive of ₹500 per successful and verified registration may also be available under the applicable incentive policy. The experience will help interns strengthen communication, networking, teamwork, leadership, and online community-coordination skills. The selection process may include application screening, shortlisting, a brief interaction, confirmation, and onboarding orientation.
