Founder of the Year 6.0:
The Entrepreneurship Cell of SGTB Khalsa College is back with Founder of the Year 6.0, an exciting opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs, creative thinkers, and future leaders to bring their ideas to life and turn them into meaningful solutions!
This competition encourages participants to think creatively, explore real-world business challenges, and come up with practical and sustainable solutions. Through a series of engaging rounds, participants will get the chance to put their analytical, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills to the test.
Event Structure:
Round 1: Online Quiz
- The competition kicks off with an online quiz that tests participants' business awareness, logical reasoning, entrepreneurial aptitude, and general knowledge.
- Teams that perform well will move on to the next round.
Round 2: Case Study Analysis
- Shortlisted teams will be given a business case study that requires them to understand the problem, conduct research, and develop thoughtful solutions.
- Participants will need to prepare their presentations and submit them in PDF format.
- The submissions will be evaluated by a panel, and the teams with the most promising ideas will advance to the final round.
Round 3 : Final Presentation
- The top 10 teams will get the opportunity to present their solutions offline before a panel of esteemed judges.
- Each presentation will be followed by an interactive Q&A session, where participants can explain their thought process, answer questions, and demonstrate their ability to support and defend their ideas.

Participation Guidelines
- All PowerPoint presentations must be submitted in PDF format.
- Use the prescribed file-naming format: TeamName_FOTY6.0.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to make final decisions regarding eligibility, authenticity, and the overall results of the competition.
Final Round: Offline Presentation:
The top 10 qualifying teams will present their case solutions in person before the judging panel. Each presentation will be followed by a Q&A session to assess the teams' strategic thinking, clarity of ideas, confidence, and ability to justify their proposed solutions.
Judging Criteria:
Participants will be evaluated on the following parameters:
- Presentation and Communication: How clearly and effectively the ideas are presented.
- Research and Insights: The quality of primary and secondary research used to support the proposed solution.
- Problem Understanding: How well participants understand the business problem and identify its key challenges.
- Creativity and Innovation: The originality and uniqueness of the proposed ideas and strategies.
- Feasibility and Relevance: How practical, sustainable, and relevant the proposed solutions are to the problem.
