Responsibilities
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
- Explain AdvisorGrow app features, services, and relevant information in a clear and helpful manner.
- Understand client queries, provide accurate responses, and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain call records, follow up with interested clients, and share regular updates with the team.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while meeting assigned calling and interaction goals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer interaction, telesales, or a related calling role.
- Good spoken Hindi and conversational English.
- Clear voice, active listening ability, patience, and confidence while speaking with clients.
- Education is not a specific requirement; communication ability and relevant calling experience are valued.
- Ability to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection.
