Opportunity brief
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Delivery Lead who can take complete ownership of software project execution from requirement understanding through development, testing, deployment and handover.
The person will technically lead a small development team, work closely with the founders, participate in solution design and client discussions, and ensure projects are delivered successfully.The candidate should be comfortable reviewing code, designing architecture, solving technical problems and getting hands-on when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business/client requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Design application architecture, database structure, APIs and integrations.
- Break requirements into modules, tasks and development milestones.
- Assign and monitor work of developers.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve development blockers.
- Review code, architecture and database designs.
- Participate hands-on in development of critical modules when required.
- Own integration, testing, deployment and production readiness.
- Coordinate UAT, bug resolution and project handover.
- Ensure Git/code management, documentation and development standards.
- Estimate development effort, resources and timelines for new projects.
- Participate in technical discussions with customers, OEMs and partners.
- Provide project execution status, risks and dependencies to management.
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of multiple small/medium projects.
