Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for campus recruitment initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and colleges.
- Organize and participate in campus hiring events, career fairs, and information sessions.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for internship and entry-level positions.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives on campus to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment and relations.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Enthusiasm for education and talent development.
