Responsibilities

Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, outreach, networking, and inbound enquiries.
Understand prospect requirements, explain relevant offerings, and maintain clear communication throughout the sales cycle.
Schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, update lead information, and maintain accurate activity records in the company's systems.
Work closely with internal teams to support proposals, onboarding, customer engagement, and timely resolution of prospect concerns.
Track individual performance, learn from feedback, and contribute to achieving business development and conversion targets.

Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant business development, sales, marketing, or customer-facing exposure may apply.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore. The first six months will be a performance-based paid training and evaluation period. During this period, the base pay will be ₹18,000 per month on achieving the applicable performance criteria, with an additional performance-based incentive of up to ₹12,000 per month. Candidates who successfully complete the period may be converted to full-time employees with an annual package between ₹4,00,000 and ₹6,00,000, determined by their six-month performance.
