Can you break down a complex business problem, identify the right strategic opportunity, and build a product-led solution that creates measurable business impact?
STRATX is a national-level case competition designed for students passionate about Strategy, Consulting, Product Management, Business, Entrepreneurship and Leadership.
The competition will take participants through three intensive rounds, testing everything from business fundamentals and strategic thinking to problem-solving, product strategy, and executive-level presentation.

Round 1 — The Strategist's Quiz
Date: 25 September
Think fast. Think commercially. Think strategically.
The first round will test participants on the fundamentals that every aspiring strategist and product leader should know.
The Quiz Will Cover:

- Market & Competitive Analysis

- Logical & Analytical Reasoning

Format:
- Mode: Online
- Question Type: MCQs and Analytical Questions
Teams will be ranked based on their performance, and the top-performing teams will advance to the Case Round.
Round 2 — The Case Launch
Date: 26 September
The real challenge begins.
Shortlisted teams will receive a real-world business case on 26 September.
The case will require participants to go beyond textbook frameworks and solve a complex strategic or product challenge.
Participants Will Need to Answer:
- What is the problem?
- Why is it happening?
- What should the company do?
- How should the strategy be executed?
- What impact can the recommendation create?

Case Submission
Teams will prepare a strategy deck based on the case.

- Recommended Deck Size: 8–10 slides

The strongest teams will be shortlisted for the Grand Finale.
Round 3 — Final Presentation Round
Date: 4 October
This is where strategy meets conviction.
The shortlisted teams will present their solutions before an expert jury comprising professionals from Strategy, Consulting, Product Management, Entrepreneurship and Business Leadership.
Presentation Format:
- Presentation: 10 minutes
- Jury Q&A: 7 minutes
- Total: 17 minutes per team
Teams will be evaluated not only on what they recommend, but also on how well they defend their thinking.
