About INNOVASHOW'26
INNOVASHOW'26 – 24-Hour Product Development Hardware Hackathon is conducted as part of DRESTEIN'26 at Saveetha Engineering College.
Participants must register on Unstop, select ONE problem statement from the official list of 88 problem statements, and submit their proposed solution using the official INNOVASHOW'26 PPT template.

The PPT submission is mandatory for registration and documentation purposes only. There is no PPT-based elimination or shortlisting.
Registration Process
- Register your team on Unstop.
- Select ONE problem statement from the official list of 88.
- Download and complete the official PPT template.
- Upload the completed PPT through Unstop.
- Pay the ₹1,000 per-team participation fee through the official DRESTEIN'26 website.

Participation is confirmed only after successful Unstop registration + PPT submission + DRESTEIN payment verification.

Hackathon
Confirmed teams will directly participate in the 24-hour offline hackathon and develop a hardware/product solution for their selected problem statement.
Teams must build and demonstrate a functional prototype before the judging panel.
Hardware & Materials
Participants must bring their own laptops, development boards, sensors, electronic/mechanical components, tools and other materials required for prototype development.
Hardware/components will not be provided by the organizers.
Food
Food will be provided by Saveetha Engineering College for confirmed participants.
Accommodation will NOT be provided.
Important Rules
- Team size: 1–4 members.
- Inter-college and interdisciplinary teams are allowed.
- Each team must select ONE problem statement from the official list of 88.
- PPT submission through Unstop is mandatory.
- ₹1,000/team payment through DRESTEIN'26 is mandatory.
- The PPT is not used for elimination or shortlisting.
- All work must be original.
- Participants must bring their own project components/materials.
- A functional hardware/product prototype must be demonstrated.
- The jury's decision will be final.
Prizes
- 1st Prize – ₹1,00,000
- 2nd Prize – ₹50,000
- 3rd Prize – ₹25,000
- 5 Special Recognition Awards – ₹5,000 each
Total Cash Prize Pool: ₹2,00,000
Participation certificates will be provided to eligible participants attending the hackathon.
