TechQuest: Technical Quiz – Aarambh'26:
Overview:
TechQuest is an offline technical quiz competition under Aarambh'26 (techFEST'26) at SLIET Longowal designed for individual participants to test their basic technical knowledge, general understanding of technology, logical thinking and quick decision-making. The quiz will be simple, interesting and suitable for students from all branches and technical backgrounds.
Event Details:
- Date: 25/09/2026
- Time: 4:00 P.M.
- Venue: Mechanical Block (Designated Quiz Hall), SLIET Longowal
- Participation: Individual (Solo – No teams required)
- Format: 15 Basic Technical Questions | 20 Minutes Duration
- Question Topics: Computer science fundamentals, everyday gadgetry, general engineering, logical reasoning, and identification questions
Rules & Regulations:
- Individual participation only.
- Participants must report at the hall 15 minutes before time.
- Strictly no mobile phones, internet, external assistance or discussion allowed.
- All 15 questions must be attempted within 20 minutes. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Unfair means will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Highest score wins; short tie-breaker round in case of ties.
- Organizing committee's decisions on evaluation are final.
