Rubrik is hiring for the role of Project/Program Manager Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Assist in defining program scope, goals, milestones & success metrics. - Develop & maintain project plans, schedules & documentation. - Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Create dashboards or reports to track progress, KPIs. - Collaborate with Engineering and Product Leadership and functions such as Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support etc. to prioritize, plan, and deliver new features and products to the market. - Assisting in the communication of schedules, status, and issues to stakeholders. - Assist in running effective and efficient meetings that accomplish goals in a timely manner. - Identifying potential risks and assisting in the development of mitigation plans. - Collaborating with development teams to aid in addressing and resolving issues that may impact timelines. - Recommending tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and automation. - Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Basic understanding of Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to learn fast and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. - Exposure to Cloud Platforms - AWS/Azure/GCP. - Exposure to Storage domain. - Exposure to Enterprise product development. - CGPA 8 and above. - 2027 graduates of Circuital branches only. - Available from January 2027 to May 2027 in Bangalore for the onsite internship (No remote options).
