Opportunity brief
Round Robin Solutions builds two live products: Safer Streets (reporting unsafe streets in Delhi NCR, with emergency help) and Bliss (practice management for therapists). We are looking for three QA and Product interns: 2 for Safer Streets and 1 for Bliss.
What you will do
- Own one area of Safer Streets or Bliss and become the person who knows it best.
- Test every new release of your area on Android and the web, against a checklist you help keep.
- Write clear bug reports: the steps, what happened, what you expected, with screenshots or a screen recording.
- Check our fixes and sign off your area before a release goes out.
- Use the product as its real user would, and send a short weekly note on what felt slow, confusing, or broken, and what you would change.
- Once a month, write up one improvement as a one-page spec: the problem, who it hurts, the change, and how we would know it worked. We build the good ones, credited to you.
- You work on test apps and demo accounts only, never on real users' personal data.
What we look for
- You notice details: a button that does nothing, a confusing word, a screen that takes too long.
- You can explain a problem in writing so someone else can repeat it.
- You think about who the user is and what they are trying to get done.
- Clear, plain English, and you keep to the hours and deadlines you agree to.
Nice to have
- An Android phone
- Any testing done before, even on your own or a friend's project
- An interest in product management, design, or UX
- Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, Notion or Google Sheets
- Living in Delhi NCR (for Safer Streets).
- No experience needed. Students and recent graduates are welcome.
What you get
- Ownership of one product area, and improvements you proposed shipping under your name.
- Feedback from our founder at least once a week on your actual work.
- Real product work for your portfolio: bug reports, specs, and release sign-offs you can show.
- A certificate of completion, and a letter of recommendation if you complete the internship and your work is good.
This is a remote, unpaid internship: 3 months, 10 to 15 hours a week, at times that suit you. Testing comes first (about 70% of your time); the rest is product work.
How we select
Answer the three application questions with care; we read every answer. Shortlisted applicants get a demo login for our test app: use the product for 20 minutes, then send 3 problems you hit (what you did, what happened, what you expected) and one change that would make it great for its user, and why. The best get a 30-minute call with our founder.
