Job Summary
We are looking for a Career Counselor who can guide students, graduates, and job seekers in making informed career decisions. The candidate will understand individual career goals, recommend suitable career paths, explain relevant courses and opportunities, and support candidates throughout the career decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and job seekers regarding suitable career paths and opportunities.
- Understand candidates' educational background, skills, interests, and career goals.
- Provide guidance on suitable courses, training programs, and job opportunities.
- Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions through calls, meetings, or online platforms.
- Explain company programs, career opportunities, and available training solutions.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned counseling, conversion, and enrollment targets.
- Build strong relationships with students, candidates, and clients.
- Coordinate with the HR, Business Development, and Training teams.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, job roles, and career opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on counseling activities and conversions.
Requirements
- Any Graduate or Master's Degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
- Good presentation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to understand and address candidates' career concerns.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
