About the role:
This is our first technical hire — there's no senior engineer or tech lead in-house. You'll own the stack end-to-end from day one. High autonomy, high accountability. Not a mentorship-heavy setup.
You will:
- Build and ship SaaS/web apps independently, with minimal to no senior support
- Work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, integrations, and deployment
- Host, deploy, test, debug, and maintain production systems
- Own tasks fully: requirement → development → production
- Solve problems proactively, without waiting for direction
- Be accountable for bugs, deadlines, and deliverables
You are:
Self-driven, technically curious, and ready to become an independent builder — fast.
Schedule:
Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM. 6 leaves total (1/month); extra leaves extend the internship or reduce stipend.
