Revino is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Corporate Gifting Intern to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys vendor interaction, product research, negotiation, and finding the right gifting solutions for businesses.
What You'll Work On:
- Identify and source corporate gifting products from vendors and suppliers
- Connect and communicate with vendors to understand their product offerings
- Collect and maintain updated product catalogues
- Research new and trending corporate gifting products
- Compare products, specifications, pricing, and customization options
- Negotiate product costs, bulk pricing, customization charges, and delivery terms
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors
- Coordinate with vendors for samples, product images, specifications, and quotations
- Create and maintain a database of gifting products and suppliers
- Assist in preparing customized gifting options and proposals for corporate clients
- Coordinate product availability, timelines, and order requirements
- Support the team in sourcing products for employee onboarding kits, festive gifting, gift boxes, branded merchandise, gift vouchers, appliances, premium gifts, and more
What We're Looking For:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with vendors and negotiating prices
- Strong research and product-sourcing skills
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
- Attention to detail
- Interest in corporate gifting, procurement, sales, or business operations
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
